How does it prevent double-booking?

Each venue defines its halls and which ones clash (for example, a Combined hall blocks the Big and Small halls). My Mandapam checks every new booking against those rules so two events can never be booked into the same slot.

Yes. You invite staff with owner, admin or staff roles, and everyone sees the same live bookings and balances in real time, on any phone.

Record advances and balances against each booking with one tap — 25%, 50%, 75% or full — and the live balance updates for the whole team. Reports show monthly revenue, hall usage and outstanding dues.
